Highest Bid Wins

Creator-Controlled
The creator sets the starting price, the experience on offer, the auction duration, and the number of winners. Fame Meet provides the technology platform only.
Razorpay Payment Hold
Bid amounts are authorised (but not captured) via Razorpay. Only the winning bidder's payment is captured. All unsuccessful bids are automatically released.

Fame Meet creator auctions are competitive-bid events, not games of chance or gambling services. Participation involves bidding a defined monetary amount for a real, tangible creator experience. There are no random draws, no house odds, and no purely probabilistic outcomes. The auction result is entirely determined by the highest bid placed within the stated time window. This model is fully compliant with Google Play, Apple App Store, and RBI guidelines.

Fans and creators can report or block any user at any time directly within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2025 · Effective immediately
Fans may cancel a fixed-price booking under the following conditions:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled experience: Full refund (minus platform service fee)
- 24–48 hours before the scheduled experience: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience: No refund
- Creator cancels: Full refund issued automatically within 5–7 business days
- Creator no-show: Full refund plus 10% credit applied to your next booking
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Standard bank processing times of 5–7 business days apply.
Auction bids are placed as payment holds (authorisation) via Razorpay. If you do not win the auction, your bid authorisation is automatically released within 2–3 business days. If you win an auction, your payment is captured and is non-refundable unless the creator fails to fulfil the experience. In case of creator non-fulfilment of an auction win, a full refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

- Platform service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
- Completed and delivered experiences are non-refundable
- Auction wins where the experience has been fulfilled
- Experiences cancelled within the no-refund window (less than 24 hours before)

We share data only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing, (b) KYC verification partners for creator identity verification, (c) Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/GCP) for secure data storage. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use third-party ad trackers in the Fame Meet app.
We retain your data for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST records for 7 years). Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify individuals.
Terms of Service Summary
By using Fame Meet, you agree to our full Terms of Service. Key highlights are summarised below.
Fame Meet is available to users aged 18 and above. Users between 13–17 years may use the platform with verified parental consent. By using Fame Meet, you agree that you are accessing the platform for lawful purposes only and will not use it to facilitate illegal transactions, harassment, or fraud.
Creators must fulfil all confirmed bookings within the agreed timeframe. Creators may not request payment outside the Fame Meet platform. Creators may not misrepresent their identity, capabilities, or the nature of the experience offered. Violation of creator obligations may result in account suspension, reversal of earnings, and legal action.
Fans must not harass, abuse, or make inappropriate requests to creators. Fans must provide accurate personal information. Fans may not attempt to record or redistribute private creator sessions without explicit written consent from the creator and Fame Meet.
All content on the Fame Meet platform — including logos, design, copy, and technology — is owned by Fame Meet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Creator content (photos, videos, bios) remains the intellectual property of the respective creator. By uploading content to Fame Meet, creators grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display their content within the platform.
Fame Meet is a technology platform and marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of creator experiences beyond what is explicitly guaranteed by our policies. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific experience that is the subject of the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Disputes below ₹10,00,000 may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Request Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your Fame Meet account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is free, immediate, and permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account:
- Open the Fame Meet app and go to Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm your identity and follow the on-screen prompts
- Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days
