FameMeet is designed exclusively for public activity participation, community events, workshops, sports sessions, and outdoor experiences. The platform does not permit companionship services, dating arrangements, escort-style services, private social meetups, or compensated personal interaction. Listings, submissions, and chats may be reviewed for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and platform compliance purposes.

3. Community Safety & Moderation

FameMeet maintains moderation and safety systems intended to support safe participation in public activities and community experiences. Listings, organiser submissions, profile content, and chat interactions may be reviewed using manual moderation processes or automated safety tools.

Users may report accounts, listings, organisers, or conversations that violate platform standards. FameMeet may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, limit access, or take additional moderation action where necessary.

The platform strictly prohibits solicitation, inappropriate requests, unsafe meetup coordination, private companionship arrangements, dating-oriented activity listings, or attempts to exchange services unrelated to public activities and participation.

4. Payments

Payments and transaction processing may be handled through authorised third-party payment providers. FameMeet does not directly store complete card numbers, banking passwords, CVV information, or sensitive payment authentication credentials.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Certain activities, workshops, sports sessions, or public events listed on FameMeet may be subject to organiser-specific cancellation and participation policies.

Refund eligibility may depend on factors including organiser rules, cancellation timing, platform moderation actions, payment processing status, safety concerns, or violations of platform policies.

FameMeet reserves the right to restrict participation, suspend bookings, deny refunds, or remove access where fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, policy violations, prohibited conduct, or safety risks are identified.

Approved refunds, where applicable, may require reasonable processing time depending on the payment provider and banking systems involved.

6. Dispute Resolution

Users and organisers are encouraged to resolve participation, scheduling, cancellation, or activity-related concerns directly through the platform support and moderation channels.

FameMeet may review disputes involving refunds, activity access, organiser conduct, moderation decisions, platform misuse, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or violations of community rules.

The platform reserves the right to make reasonable moderation, participation, refund, suspension, or enforcement decisions where necessary to maintain user safety, platform integrity, and compliance standards.

By using FameMeet, users agree that disputes relating to platform usage, participation, moderation, or transactions will first be addressed through the platform support process before pursuing external claims.

7. Data Sharing

8. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account directly through the application settings. Account deletion requests are processed immediately after confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

Users agree not to use the platform for dating, companionship, escort-style arrangements, private social meetups, solicitation, or inappropriate personal interaction requests.

FameMeet reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend access, or take moderation action where platform rules, community guidelines, or safety standards are violated.

12. Organiser Responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for providing accurate activity descriptions, approved public venues, schedules, participation requirements, and event-related information.

Organisers may not publish misleading listings, unsafe activities, prohibited services, private meetup arrangements, or activity content that violates applicable laws or platform standards.

13. Prohibited Conduct

14. Limitation of Liability

Users participate at their own discretion and agree that FameMeet shall not be responsible for indirect losses, organiser actions, participant disputes, venue-related incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable platform control.
